when does the initiation take place? is that sorta like a warrior cats ceremony meeting (asides from the finger pricking and stuff, obviously). What I mean is, are you going to call an actual pinned meeting for it or like, will it just be it's own regular thread? When does it take place, right after joining or later on?

ahhh it depends? if activity is slow and there's been one joiner in a few days then i'll do their ceremony
if there's been an influx of joiners, though, then i make it a joint ceremony
since there's been a lot of sign-ups then i could prob get the initiation going this weekend or sometime this week?
