Zeke barely slept before this entire mess but now he doesn't at all. He's up all night watching over alfie and making sure nothing/nobody breaks in. Zeke loves him sm,, he feels so hgoddamn bad and guilty, even tho it wasn't his fault.

alfie went from not sleeping at all to sort of sleep but not being able to keep any food down because his anxiety is making his stomach constantly churn and makes him want to throw up whenever he tries to eat something. alfie tells zeke to get sleep and he hates that zeke blames himself just isnalwaysnlike "don't blame yourself, you told me to be more careful, i should've listened"

like the girl who actually owned the car was somjust chill and not yelling or freaking out and just ahhhhhhh

Zeke looks fucking awful after about a week from no sleep. He's trying to very slowly get alfie used to eating again, like starting with very tiny things like a few tiny saltine crackers. He just gives alfie a sad smile and shakes his head like "it isn't your fault either. I should've noticed what was happening and took care of the shapeshifter."

Well at least she was calm

alfientraded one unhealthy habit for another unhealthy habit but he's trying because he doesn't want zeke to worry because zeke needs to focus on him and take care of himself. ahhh alfie just shrugging and sighing like "it isn't your job to babysit and take care of my problems. i need to learn how to deal with this stuff too"

Zeke just wishes he could rewind and be able to keep it from happening. He sighs softly and kisses his forehead softly and is silent for a moment before kissing him on the lips and goes "I'm not letting you get through this alone."

alfie is just glad zeke found him and saved him from what most likely would've been his death. he just wants zeke not to feel so personally responsible for what happened. angie just smiles just a little bit and nods "i know, i know. i love you for that"

Zeke smiles back when he sees alfie's small smile and lays his forehead on his shoulder and just snuggles rlly close to him. "I love you too, alfie."
