thanks guys. it's been a really emotional two weeks and just getting up and going to public speaking has been hard some days on top of all the school work i've been getting so just yeah. i'm actually dedicating my next speech assignment to him by doing it on the Trevor Project which is a nonprofit that helps LGBT+ youth/young adults in crisis and who are contemplating suicide. [spoiler=tw suicide]my friend who passed was trans and he took his own life which just makes me feel even stronger on the subject. i also know other people who are in the lgbt+ community who have contemplated suicide and just i felt so strongly about this and i want to talk about this nonprofit even if it is something that not a lot of people feel comfortable talking about[/spoiler]
