Sam moved his head away when Castiel first touched the bruise since it was sensitive. He relaxed after a moment though. Sam then watched Castiel. He set a hand on his shoukder, squeezing it.

“...How did you even get back, Castiel? You were stabbed with an angel blade. What brought you back?” He asked

castiel looked at jaxk. "he brought me back somehow."

Sam glanced at Jack. He sighed, moving his hand and brushing Jack’s hair back. Dean glanced at Jack.

“...Jack?” Dean asked, wathing him. “I’m so sorry for the way I’ve been treating you. I just let my emotions cloud my judgment. Sam’s right. You can be a good person-you are a good person. And I know Sam and Cas will continue to train you to only use your powers for good.” He said
