Gladio suddenly took a step back, gritting his teeth.

Ignis turned his head towards them from the bench he was on. He frowned, standing up and slowly making his way over. “And I’ve had enough of this bickering. From all of you.” Ignis said. He released a quiet breath. “Let’s be frank. My eyesight hasn’t improved. And the chances are my eyesight won’t ever come back.” Ignis siad. He sighed. “Despite that, I’m still going to do my duty and help Noctis grow into the king he needs to be. And he will do so in his own time, Gladio. He lost Lunafreya and his the burden of being a king on his shoukders. He needs time to heal. And this fighting and pushing him isn’t goinb to help. Now, I don’t want anymore of this nonsense.” Ignis said

prompto hissed. "look, gladio, if you don't like how things are going, you're more then welcome to go back home." he snapped.

Gladio frowned, watching Prompto. "Yeah, I might." Gladio muttered. He then moved off. Ignis sighed, shifting his gaze down. He was silent for a moment.

"Are you guys okay?" Ignis asked.

prompto hissed. "good, you god damned asshole!" he yelled, before looking at Ignis, and looking down. "i'm fine." he muttered, and sighed. "let's go eat.."

Ignis frowned, setting a hand on Prompto's shoulder. He removed it after a moment. "Go ahead, you two. I can follow your footsteps." He said.

noct shook his head and set a hand on his lower back, leading him along.

Ignis sighed, but didn't argue with him. He merely walked beside Noctis. He turned his head to him. "...They have a small hotel here. We can rest up for the day before heading down in the mine if you wish to do that." Ignis said.

he nodded and sighed.

He blinked, looking ahead. Once inside the restaurant, he waited for the two to take a seat before sitting down as well at the booth, sitting on th opposite side of them. He then let the cane rest against the wall.
