zeke,,, zeke feels so bad for alfie. idk he'll look at him and remember and just his stomach flips and he feels bad.
+ at night when he and alfie sleep, i know neither of them can or want to. but ever since they got together theyve finally experienced sleep (of course, that wouldnt stop alfie's nightmares or zeke from waking up in the middle of the night cuz he's also like on alert) and when alfie has a nightmare he wakes him up and shushes him and pulls him into his arms and starts kissing his head telling him it's gonna be okay

okay but alfie doesn't blame zeke for what he had to do because at least now, her spirit is at peace
+ my poor boys, they just need a good night's sleep. but omg just alfie waking up either a. screaming, b. crying, or c. hypervenhilating from a nightmare and zeke pulling him close my poor heart zeke is so good to him. but on the nights where he doesn't have a nightmare (few and far between as the may be), he sometimes wakes up cuz zeke is awake and asking him if everything is alright and making sure he's okay

+ zeke has got him wrapped up in his arms and lets him cry when he's crying. he calms him down when he's screaming or hyperventilating and afterwards when it's quiet and alfie is more calm he kisses his forehead over and over softly. / zeke turning to look at him and smile a bit and telling him that he's fine, he's just making sure theyre safe or is awake in case he gets a call about a case and tells him to go back to sleep.

+ alfie appreciates zeke so much and just everything he does, words can't even begin to explain how much he feels he doesn't deserve zeke tho. he always apologises and feels bad for waking him up and even if zeke said it's okay, alfie still feels bad about it / alfie just looking at him with slightly worried eyes but trying not to show it and just hass a concerned frown on his face and shakes his head and tells him that they're fine and that he needs to sleep too
