While Mako had been a bit caught off guard by Jami asking him out to lunch, that didn't mean he wouldn't go. He was humming softly as he stood near McDonalds, leaning against the outside wall and scrolling through his phone as he waited for the excitable male.

jamison arrived after a while, wearing a really cheesy hawaiian shirt with the sleeves ripped off and jeans with one leg cut off from just above the knee. there was a bit of dirt smudge across his face, and what looked like hand/finger bruises on his full arm. "hey! sorry on late!" he greeted, waving with his mechanical hand.

He blinked at the much smaller male and said quietly, looking the other over carefully, "That's alright. You alright?" He gestured at Rat's real arm with a small frown.

he blinked and slowly covered the bruises with his fake arm. "yeah!"

He rose an eyebrow, but nodded a little and moved to open the door, saying gruffly, "Okay, then let's head inside."

[dannychan]

he happily moved in, bouncing slightly. "i'll pay, if you need!" he offered.

[peridot.]

He smiled a bit and shook his head, saying softly, "There's no need. I am tempted, but I've got the money for it, Rat."

[dannychan]

he smiled. "alrighty, then!" he got in line, lifting his leg to balance in his peg.
