Dipper's face turned a bright red, and he squeaked, looking up at Mabel with wide eyes, "Y-You already knew? And you bet on it?"

she giggled. "we made a bet a year ago~"

He squawked, looking indignant, "A y-year ago?! It wasn't t-t-that obvious, was it?"

she giggled. "you were~" she giggled.

"B-But I've never shown that much interest in anybody!" He said, still blushing brightly.

He let out a huff and buried his face in his hands, "I-I know he is, but..." He then paused and looked down, hands going down to his lap, "O-Okay, I'll tell you why you can't date him, but you h-h.. have to promise not to tell anyone, okay?"
