axel had tried a few times to wake dipper up, but the boy seemed to be down for he count. he had decided to just stay for a few more minutes, and then he'd swipe a few bucks from dipper and then go get some lunch. he looked up when he heard the door open, and saw a girl walk in. he quickly hushed her and slowly started to get up, opening dippers wallet and swiping a five, before leaving a note: 'sorry that i left while you were still asleep, but you wouldn't wake up and i couldn't wait any longer. i also took 5$ but i'll pay you back with dinner tomorrow :^) text me later -axel' and with that, he scampered out.

It was several minutes after the other left before he finally stirred, looking around and whining softly as he saw that Axel was gone. Looking at the note, he tilted his head and made a soft noise, sighing. He then noticed Mabel, and his face turned a bright red. He stumbled over his words a bit, blushing, "O-Oh, hey Mabel." He was hoping his sister had come in after Axel left, but he had a bad feeling she hadn't.

mabel was smirking, sitting on the edge of the bed. "who was the cute guy~?"

He stammered a bit, voice cracking as he stuffed the note in his pocket, "H-He's just a new friend of m..mine." What he didn't seem to realize was how thoroughly fucked he looked. Not literally, metaphorically, although it looked like literally. His hair was a mess, and his clothes were a bit open, and his lips were bruised from kissing.

she giggled. "is he single~? can i get his number~?!" yeah, mabel never grew out of the 'boysboysboys' phase.

[peridot.]

"N-No, no, no." He said firmly, shaking his head quickly. It hadn't really occurred to him that Mabel didn't know he was gay - hell, he hadn't known he was gay - and wouldn't even think of Axel being his... boyfriend? It seemed like boyfriend. He hadn't wanted to ruin the moment by asking.

she pouted. "why not! if hes a good person and let's my brother cuddle with me then he's major boyfriend material!"

[peridot.]

He sighed and nodded a little bit, moving to kiss the other gently before he began to doze off, breathing softly.
