not really? i think it's be full on schitzophrenia because of hallucinations, delusions, paranoia.. although i don't know if there are any paranoia disorders in which cause this??

it isn't really just hallucinations, delusions, and paranoia. there are many other symptoms to it. paranoia can cause delusions and hallucinations actually!! :0

i knew the first part, those are just margaux's main symptoms. there would be others but to a lesser extent. and i didn't know paranoia could do that :^0

see a lot goes into schitzophrenia and i know its a super touchy subject because i know a lot of people get upset if its portrayed incorrectly tbh coming from someone who once was a dumb child who thought mental disorders were a cool edgy way to make my character stand out
but im just talking abt general paranoia! you dont have to have a disorder to be scared of something
like she can be scared of ghosts and all those symptoms fit under that
its just not under such a daunting label?? bc boy its. really easy to make people angry over sensitive/really painful mental disorders ngl

dude i actually made a lot of people angry with a character really recently because i had gone to the really bad spectrum of a mental disorder that just made her.. lose it. and like,, i've never been able to get back into WNG because of it and i want to retry playing a character with schitzophrenia or some form of panic disorder just on the like,, lesser end of it where it isn't like,, "they're gonna lose it" kind of bad.

yeah akjsfh people dont take to disorders being played wrong at all since it's such a horrible struggle to live with them and then people just. use em for plot devices? and i dont think wng is at fault for that (since its the same people in both groups) i just think the site as a whole is really protective of people and don't want to see such sensitive topics rped like theyre just a way to torture a character
but hmm a safe route i feel would be paranoia! if it ever comes to the point where people get. mad
bc paranoia is extremely common and can be super similar to schitzophrenia tbh, just its less voices talking in the head and whatnot as it is mainly hallucinating or thinking there's someone watching you or everyone is out to get you yknow

yeah. like the whole point of the site is to make your writing skills and such better, and maybe i wanna get better at mental illnesses and people just,, attack you for it and i'm like "jesus ok ahhhhhh"
but i'll definitely research more on paranoia to see what all i can do with that [s]also for personal reasons but
