hon, trust me when i say i feel this way all the fucking time, but honestly, you shouldn't diminish your own problems and mental health and compare them to others'. you have EVERY RIGHT to feel negatively in any way. no one's brain is constantly happy. it doesn't matter whether or not you have a real shitty life or a real great life; sometimes you just feel shitty, AND THAT'S OKAY. the guilt might not leave, but just know that it's okay to not be okay, even if there's literally no reason.
