i'm tempted to get a drawing pad/tablet thing(i'm sorry i don't know any artist terminology i'm a newbie in graphic art i'll i've ever drawn is a bunny), specifically the cheapest Wacom Intuos Draw Small and was wondering if anyone uses it?? and if so, it seems hard to me for some reason bc like, you can't see what you're drawing on the pad so how do you know the stroke or whatever you're about to draw is in the right area?? idk if that makes sense ;u;

I use an older model of the intuos! I'm bad at explaining things, but when you have your stylus over the tablet, your cursor follows it so?? Tat's how you tell. If you're cursor doesnt appear or the new intuos models don't have that feature I'm not too sure how to tell where your pen stroke will appear whoops.

I have an intuos pen&touch medium!! and the pad kinda works like a mouse, you'll see a cursor when you're drawing, etc it also has a feature where if you drag your hand over the pad it doesn't detect it, just the pen c:

I use the laptop/mobile Wacom tablet at around 100 dollars

It works well for beginners who don't have a lot of money to spend, has pressure etc, but it's cord is rather short, but making due isn't too hard if your usb ports are near.

thank you sm!! i think i will invest in it when i get a new laptop. i got a new macbook piece of crap i spent over a grand on and the computer guy says the processor or motherboard or something is messed up and i need to pay $500+ for them to replace and fix it.

OH, another quick note. Wacom requires a lot of updates in general; if there's ever a bug, update the program to the latest version. That's prbably the only downside is the constant updates and the short cord (but yu hve a laptop so c: )

I have the wacom intuos photo small which is literally the same as the draw but black and comes with different software and what i've experienced with it has been really good! The only downside is, and i'm not sure if it's the same over all of the intuos art/draw/photo but if you want to replace your pen nib it's extremely hard to open the back of it to get the pen nibs that's probably just me bc i'm weakâ„¢ but still
