i forgot me damn school ID @ home and if my mom doesn't bring it before second block, i'm gonna get yelled at and be asked to go get a temporary one and i'm freaking out way too much over this ?? bc it happens to other people ?? but i still feel like a useless dumbass ?? ? and i'm gonna be so embarrassed ?? ? ??

the only reason i forgot it is because we were in a hella hurry this morning, otherwise i wouldn't have freaking forgot it; i never do. and it's looking like my mom isn't coming before 8:30 so excuse me while i go Die (^:

- he very, very, very rarely thinks of himself (in a good way). he's always worrying about others, what others are thinking, what others are doing, if everyone's okay, etc.
- he's constantly worrying if he's good enough, if he's doing the right thing, if he's doing the WRONG thing, etc.
- school was actually the worst for him/is the worst for him. high school was especially the Worst. he cried a lot in school and had a lot of anxiety attacks, and even a few panic attacks. it got to the point where he was really scared to even go to school because he was afraid of having another panic attack in front of everyone.
- his parents don't really think much of anxiety ?? i dunno how else to put it. they never really understood what was going on with cat and he even tried explaining to them once or twice, but they brushed it off and told him he was just "shy" and to just breathe because he was over-thinking (which is true, but not in the way they're thinking).
- this is basically my vent character for my anxiety lmao.
