He blinked. "John I...I've been using heroin since the day of your wedding with Mary. I've just taken them so much I don't show the physical effects of heroin anymore." He whispered.

He glanced down at the man. "His skin has a grayish tint to it. His veins are visible in his wrists and arms even though he's been dead for two days. Chances are his organs had been shutting dow for a while now...I can tell Becuase of the way he has a yellowish tint around the wounds and his eyes. His kidneys had failed...Im also dealing with kidney failure at the moment."'he whispered

he stared at sherlock. "tomorrow, we're signing you into rehab. no arguing. don't talk back to me about it and don't you dare try to get out of it." he snapped.

He glanced at him. He nodded, glancing down at the victim. He cleared his throat. "Lestrade, this is just a case of some heavy heroin use." He said. He then stood up.
