Sherlock nodded. "You're welcome John." He said. He then watched John move upstairs before looking away. He was about to head to the kitchen before there was a knock on the door. He cursed under his breath before moving over. He spotted a young male. Probably not much younger then Sherlock. He blinked.

"Hello sir. Are you Mr. Sherlock Holmes?" The man asked. Sherlock blinked.

"I am. What do you need?" Sherlock asked. The man blinked.

"I heard you work on all sorts of cases. That you're the best at it." The man said. Sherlock sighed.

"I can help, but...Just keep it down. I have a friend here with his baby and they both need sleep." Sherlock said

he sighed and moved downstairs with rosie. "sherlock..?"

He blinked, glancing over. "Oh, John. Everything alright?" Sherlock asked. The man looked over.

he blinked. "who's that?" he asked tiredly. "new friend?"

He blinked. "I hardly think people who come to me for cases are friends." He said. He watched John, looking him over. He could see that Rosie was fussing a bit. John looked like he could collapse at any minute. He couldn't leave him alone right now. He glanced at the man. "Sir, head down to Scotland Yard. Ask for an Inspector Lestrade. Tell him I sent you. They'll take you in." Sherlock said. The an frowned.

"You're not going to-"

"I have more pressing matters then cases. As you can see I have a family now. And they're my first priority." Sherlcok said. The man nodde, leavingnthe flat. Sherlock closed the door before turning to John. He moved over to him. God he wanted to do a case. But deep down, he didn't care about the cases. John and Rosie mattered much more to him then the cases. They could wait. His family couldn't.

"Let me see Rosie. You get yourself to bed." Sherlcok whispered.

he blinked and sighed. "sherlock, im fine, don't worry."

Sherlcok watched him. "John, you're tired. I'm okay. I didn't take any drugs today. I can watch your daughter for a while. You've been doing a lot recently. You deserve a break." He aid

he sighed. "are you sure?"

Sherlock nodded. "I've barely helped out with your daughter John. It's not going to kill me to watch her for now." He said

he hesitated and sighed. "alright.. don't open the door while you're watching her, alright?"
