she blinked, about the day something before hearing the click. she sighed and pulled over, sticking out of the window and shooting a wheel. she called newt sgain, humming.

Newt blinked as the phone started to ring, and he squeaked, moving over to Roybn and grabbing it. He said quietly as he picked up, "Hullo?"

she blinked. "well, mighty nice of ya to pick up." she said in a ultra-fake southern accent worse than her already thick accent. "looks like i must've blown a tire. looks like i'm gonna need a knight in shining armour to come save my life." she said with a slight smile. s

He blinked and a slow smile spread over his face at the other's words. Robyn laughed softly at his reaction, and he said quietly, smiling a little bit, "Well, I suppose that I'm that knight in shining armor?"

[dannychan]

she chuckled. "sure are."

[peridot.]

He said, smiling still, "Alright, where do you think you're near? I shouldn't be too long hopefully."

[dannychan]

she hummed. "two states over, just outside of a town called torsville going south."

[peridot.]

He nodded and said, smiling, "Alright, I'll be right there. You mind if I put your number in my phone? In case I need to call you on the road and I don't wanna steal Robyn's."

[dannychan]

she hummed. "not at all sweetheart. i'll see you when you get here."

[peridot.]

Newt blinked and bit his lip, hesitating before saying with a little shrug, which Robyn could tell was heavily forced so he could get his voice back, "Oh, well, it's alright. That sounds fine. I, uhm, I won't bother you anymore while you're driving. Be safe." He hung up the phone and scowled at it, mumbling, "Fuck." Robyn started laughing, and he threw the phone back at her.
