The Night We Met *Private*

He frowned, watching him. "Why the hell would you do that? If he's gone off alone, he's going to get killed." Rick hissed. Sam frowned, looking at him.

"Who's Negan?" He asked quietly.

"A man who's been attacking our camp for a while now. He killed some of our friends and takes our supplies. He's dangerous. If Carl went off alone, he's going to get killed." He said.

cross shook his head. "if carl does this, he doesn't die." he said.

Sam frowned, watching them. He glanced away. Rick watched Cross. "You cant be sure of that." He said.

he blinked. "i can, actually. my aunt is the goddess of time. there is literally a  point 000000009 percent chance we will die."

He watched him, frowning. Sam glanced at him. "...Rick, I think you can trust him. Carl si going to be alright.: Sam said. Rick sighed, glancing down.

he sighed. "i'll go watch if you want."

He frowned. "That would be nice-" He trailed off suddenly when he heard the familiar sounds of trucks moving towards the city. He took out his gun, heading up to the wall. Sam followed behind him. Sam glanced over, seeing a man walk out of the truck with a baseball bat.

"Rick, buddy...I am disappointed." Negan said, watching him. "You are one shit father, aren't you? Sending out your own son to try and kill me." He said. One of Negan's men drug Carl out of the truck, tossing him on the ground. Carl looked to be bleeding pretty heavily. "I tried to be civil, Rick. I really did. And I liked Carl. But I'm not standing for this anymore. I will kill Carl. And your group will be next after this." Negan said. He rose his bat and was about to hit Carl before Sam tensed up.\

"Wait!" Sam said, his eyes wide. Negan glanced up at him.

"And just who the hell are..." Negan trailed off as he looked Sam over. "Holy shit." He said, lowering his bat. Sam blinked.

"Dad....Stop this. Please." Sam said.

that's when cross appeared behind carl grabbing him and teleporting into the shadows. he set carl down, and teleported next to sam. "you have no place to say who and who isn't a good father, john." he said. "in fact, you should be with my dad. how did you get out, hmm?"

Carl winced at the sudden movment, setting a hand on his side. Rick glanced at Sam. "This man is your father?" He asked. Sam nodded. John frowned.

"I have my ways, kid." He said. He glanced at Sam. "Where's your brother Sammy?" John asked. Sam tensed up.

"Only Dean can call me that." He whispered.

the earth around john seemed to start crumbling. "last words?"
