Cas twitched a bit at the touch. He seemed to relax though

Sam soon entered the room, looking at Rick and Carl. He frowned. "I'm sorry about this, you two." He said

he kissed his head, sighing.
carl hesitated. "i.. i can get antibiotics!"

Cas relaxed, still attempting to breathe a bit. After a momemt, Cas's body tenses up. He then shifted a bit before going limp. He then stopped breathing.

Sam watched him. "That's kind of you kid. But I can't let you go yet." He whispered.

his eyes widened. "sam! SAM!" he yelled, getting up and looking over cas. "cmon, cas, don't leave me.. don't you.. cas.." he whimpered.

Sam frowned. He quickly left the room, moving in. His eyes widened. "Dean? What's going on?" He asked

he looked at sam. "he stopped breathing!"

Sam's eyes widened. He moved over, starting to do cpr on Cas.

dean moved away, eyes wide.

After a while, Sam soon moved away. He watched Cas, his eyes wide.

he stared at cas, and loaded his gun, trembling.
