texas is on the border, full of people doing illegal stuff, the police couldn't care, and there's lots of trees and few toll roads so why not

tho we do have a lot of army bases and few trains

depends on the police officer, for example my uncle the police officer, a reasonable person who does his job right
we definitely need a huge overhaul when it comes to the police forces bc there are too many people not doing their job and misusing authority + killing innocents but there are some states where there's people who are actually doing their jobs
