[align=left][justify][sub]Katja was gone. She just packed her things and hurried out of the Costco, leaving no trace of her or a single note explaining why she left. It was troubling, to say the least, but a part of him didn't care in the slightest. She was weighing the group down with her absences and secrecy. He was glad she was gone. But the other part hoped she safely made it to where ever she wandered off to, unscathed. "Give me your attention," He was ready to take her place, lead on with his own legacy. Katja's reign was over, and now he was taking the role she gave up. "Katja is missing. From what she's left, it doesn't seem like she was captured. She left voluntarily, so, I will be taking her place." he announced, allowing this bit of information sink in before he'd continue on with something else. Maybe they had questions or concerns about this, he'd wait for them to ask if they so pleased.

"With that, I'm going to be changing the names of our positions. Legislator will be now called Overseer, the Successor is now the Subordinate, and the Attendant will become Assistant. Now, there will only be one promotion and that is to Advay. He will move up to Master of Stocks if he so wishes. I will be still looking for someone to take the place of Subordinate. If you want me to notice you, work hard for the position you want and perhaps I'll reward you for your diligence." Wolfbite, so far, had no one in mind to take the place he once had. No one within the entire group showed enough promise, nor did he trust many. He trusted Cecil, but he was too sickly and submissive to order anyone around. The thought of the pale man caused his stiff body to relax, remembering the hug they shared and how he allowed him to sleep in his lap. The smaller made him feel the need to protect him, which was different than his urge to defend everyone else in the group. He'd probably risk his life for Cecil rather than anyone else. Yet, he hardly knew him. Why was he growing so soft over him?

He shook his head, blinking rapidly as he realized he was getting off track. "I'd like to give shoutouts to our new members: Belenus, Vivienne, Roque, Morrison. I hope to see your faces around here more, you'll surely be noticed. That concludes the meeting."

Who was leading the place didn't matter when he knew they were all doomed to die eventually anyway. Call him a pessimist, but don't deny that it's true. He simply stood there until the meeting was adjourned, then cocked his head as he looked around for advay. He didn't know the other very well, but they'd met, and advay seemed like a pretty nice guy. Nate supposed a congratulations was in order for the owner of the three huge dogs.

Advay approached with two dogs at his sides, those being Aruba and Africa. Atlantis, the husky, went running up to Wolfbite, happy to see him. Wolfbite had been surprisingly nice to Atlantis since the bite accident. Advay appreciated it. So Katja had gone off somewhere and Wolfbite was in charge now? Good, now that she wasn't here anymore, and he was higher up if she decided to come back, he could downgrade the shit out of her for threatening to shoot his dogs. He'd shoot her before he let her so much as lay a finger on them at this point.

Next were rank changes, which he supposed made more sense since this was more of a business-y run place. Overseers were usually the whip-crackers for a lot of work places. Moksha had been called it multiple times, along with several other horrid names and insults. Overseer had been one of the best, but it was usually coupled with an insult as well. Little did everyone know, back at his old home, that Moksha had kept everything afloat.

His eyes lifted as he heard his name. He was...promoted? His gut clenched and he looked at his shoes. Great, more work with less help to do it. He swallowed hard, suddenly feeling anxious and nauseous. Was he in charge of even more now? With only him? He already felt like he was doing a lot of the hunting. And they were running low on medicine and various other things he had no time to go get...he would have to talk with Wolfbite about promoting some people to help Addy out. Shoutouts to new members were the last thing on his mind at that point. He didn't even say a thanks or so much as move, lost in a tense thought while Atlantis visited Wolfbite.
