 he shrugged as the man’s initial response to the rude, blunt question was to let out a huff. hey, he couldn’t expect to simply walk into here bleeding and without two fingers without at least getting asked what the hell was up. they’d had their fair share of people coming in to cause shit - especially morning star more recently - that addy wasn’t going to take his chances.
his eyes narrowed suspiciously as the man told them not to worry because, ideally, that only left room for more worry-- but seeing how worked up the guy was about it, the redhead decided he could at least let it slide. for now. if that guy tried to stir up any more shit later, addy decided he'd like to be the first one to get his hands on him if that ever came to happen. for now, he entertained the thought that it probably wouldn't happen.
“you said your name was addy?†he could only simply nod at that. might as well be his actual name, seeing as he didn’t even call himself by his full name anymore, nowadays. but. was it actually nice to meet addy though? he hummed shortly. “sure. welcome to the badlands, salem.â€Â
