Most of their food had gone bad. It smelled rancid, it looked disgusting. It was simple: those in the Realm would choose to not eat what they had gotten. And that made sense, after all. How could she blame them for not wanting to eat diseased food?
So, what did she do? Instead, she got what healthy food was left. It was not a lot, but she hoped it was enough, what fruits and berries she could scrounge  what meats were still good. She had prepared them into dishes, setting up a table in the middle of camp  putting a cloth on it, plates, etc. She moves to the head, smiling as everything had been put together. "Happy Thanksgiving!"
