 if one were to describe artpop, the general outlook out be attractive. his coat is a shade of pure silver, marred only by flecks of ivory that gives him a distrinctive ticked look. his chest, down to his stomach, underside of his tail and inner sides of his limbs are all a flawless alabaster, rivaled only in purity by a freshly-fallen snow. he is tall, not exactly lanky, but enough to give off an elegant demeanor as he strolls. his limbs are toned nicely, not an inch of fat but not rippling with hard muscle, and of remotely healthy weight. considering the only thing he is seen eating is icing, it is hard to tell how he keeps his health up. though he must be doing something right, as his fur is long and silk-soft to the touch, the slightly longer ruff around his neck similar to feathers in texture and shine. his most notable physical aspect, however, is that he is somehow always covered in a thin layer of glitter. it is usually silver in hue, but can range to gold or pink for different occasions. it never seems to leave him, despite his impeccable personal hygiene and constant baths, almost s if he applies it daily. consequently, he shines rather brightly in the sunlight. his eyes are likely the second most notable, being a shade of deep and unimpaired fuchsia, sharp almond shaped and adorning a dramatic curve of fairy lashes. the outer rim of his hues are shaded in black, making the color pop even more than they already do. there is not a moment in the day he is seen without makeup, his usual being dramatic winged liner and a palette of pink-to-black eyeshadow, paired with false lashes. his hand with makeup is very steady - practiced to perfection, absolutely gorgeous. he is like a doll, with every curve and dimple painted in excruciating perfection. the only deviation from this picture of youthful beauty, is his piercings. the unusual addition to his appearance manages to only highlight the vivid image that he personifies, rather than to detract from it. melding the angelic with a bare stain of sinful corruption to create a hypnotizing vision hardly requiring the subtle cloaking of enchantment to enthrall those he sets his snares for. on his tongue is a silver stud, though he has a wide array of different rings to put in [his favorite being vibrating, or a silver ring presenting the word 'bitch' against the pink of his tongue]. in his left ear are two black loops, right beside one another, with metal balls at the end keeping them in place. ✦ ( ESFP / FLAMBOYANT GAY / SEX AND VIOLENCE / LAWFUL NEUTRAL )
 art is a man of many colors. he is complex and sometimes hard to figure out. most times you can only see the version of him that he wants you to see. his mask. but sometimes, very rarely, you will be able to find a sliver of who the real artpop is. and then, if you are someone very close to him that he lets get very near him, that sliver will slowly start to open up and a whole new person will be shone before you. one who is real and alive. one who feels and loves, instead of just existing. this art, is the true art. But not one that many have gotten to see. For this art buried itself and formed a mask to hide its true nature. Now I am not saying that this mask isn't art, because it is. however, it is not all of him. no, it is a very small part in a heavily-layered personality. at the same time however, what has to be realized is that this small part has been formed by art himself and is not necessarily part of his true nature. whether it is or not is unknown, even to art himself, who is so used to playing the part that he has almost lost face of who he really is. the truth is that he is scared of who he is, and who he has become over the course of his life. he does not want to face the truth, and will usually get upset if left alone with his thoughts for an extended period of time, hence the reason he can usually be found in a group or a crowd.

 artpop is not, and never will be, very wholesome. he happily spends his days hoeing like no tomorrow. his self-esteem depends on the approval of others and does not arise from a true feeling of self-worth, although he is accustomed to presenting himself in a cool, confident way in order to attract the attention of his peers. he is peacocking; thus, he has an overwhelming desire to be noticed, and often behave dramatically or inappropriately to get attention - customarily in the form of relentless flirting and other, more licentious acts. he is very capable of monogamy, but it would take an immense amount of trust on both ends. if ignored, he is prone to stammering and mild panic episodes. he also tends to indulge in casual affection, such as resting his head on the shoulder of his peers, covers their paw with his own, or seating himself excessively close to others. you have permission for y/c to powerplay throwing him off if they do not approve.

 to avoid seeming overpowered, i will only use two powers during a battle. however, seeing as this character is extremely experienced, i would prefer a challenging rival with the roughly the same amount of powers as michael. if engaged in battle, i will determine whether your attack hits or misses using a number generator. one - eleven is a hit, twelve - twenty-three is a miss.
