the territory
a large, empty field in the loner lands is where laurier's traveling curiosities call home. as you approach their setup, the first thing that grabs your attention, of course, is the main tent. before it, there are many different stands and smaller tents with various games and activities to entertain guests before the show begins. out behind the main tent is the back yard, which is off limits for the general public. the back yard is full of various campers and tents which are home to the curiosities. way in the back, almost out of view, is an abandoned zoo which has been modified and maintained to be a home for the animals that the circus has.
about a mile away from their camp, there is a small town that has various little shops and trading outposts as well as a bar/saloon that they tend to visit.
for when they take their show on the road, they have almost a dozen various sized wagons used to carry all of their equipment and members. when they set up camps, they all tend to stay in their tents they bring rather the housing other groups offer to travelers.
