personality - As a peacekeeper, Dido is, quite obviously, good at holding a public presence.  She maintains a friendly and optimistic demeanor around the citizens of New Carthage, exuding warmth and confidence.  In her line of work, Dido tries to be open-minded and see both sides of an argument, a characteristic that benefits her in solving conflict.    She is rather influenced by her moral compass, sometimes leading her to trade logic for what she believes is just.  While hardworking, Dido does find time to enjoy herself, observing and even occasionally participating in such events as the horse race.  Here one would see a playfully competitive side of her. 

The twenty three year old possesses conflicting opinions on the head of the war faction, General Barca.  Surface level, Dido detests the cynical, violence-inclined attitude she perceives him to have.  To her, she believes his need for war will only lead to consequences and if war were ever necessary, she'd have a hard time accepting that solution.  Still, Dido holds a certain respect for him, though she'd never admit it.  She knows he has the people's best interest at heart and does, on some occasions, make some valid points.
