a ton of wnr questions?

[align=center][div style="width: 440px; padding: 0px; text-align: justify; line-height: 12px;"]okay, so, i've finally caved and decided to try my hand as some casual roleplaying in wnr. i just had a couple questions!!

- what are the extents for powers? for example, could the air manipulation be used to suck oxygen out of someone, effective suffocating them?
- when will voting for the groups take place?
- how does joining work with no official hierarchy? do you just show up and say "wassup i'm here now"?
- if i were to purchase a body (say a large real animal) and my character has children, will i/they need to buy those bodies?
- are there any specific rules on aging or pregnancy duration? obviously, i imagine it shouldn't be abused, but what are the specific guidelines regarding this?
