God, he was so busy with trying to get everyone moved into the apartment complex that he forgot to gather them all together to discuss the group in general. Now, with Cecil missing... He wasn't sure if he could control himself long enough to speak in coherent sentences. His hand was swelling up already, but he managed to compress it with something cold to bring down the inflammation. He flexed his fingers, grunting softly at the pain tingling up his arm, but he was used to much worse. "Give me your attention," The Russian male called out, his eyes were cast downward as he waited for the footsteps to gather around him. He stood in front of the apartments within the street, rubbing his wrist. "I haven't seen anyone around and that has to change, now. I want to see you all around more often doing productive things." He was stalling. He wanted to hold off from announcing his friend's disappearance... He didn't want it to be real.

"Now, the way these meetings will go is going to change from now on. Each meeting, we will have an open discussion about changes for the group." Yes, he needed a topic to start a debate for this meeting. "I've seen wild horses around the territory; should we tame them or leave them be?" He supposed that was good enough to start up a conversation between everyone. But, he was running out of time... The more he waited to less of a chance Cecil will make it back alive. Wolfbite inhaled deeply, closing his eyes before he continued, reluctantly. "Cecil is missing. Someone has taken him. I want search patrols sent out to go and find him. Bring back any evidence of his presence anywhere."
