Are sub accounts a thing or?

Is there a way to make subs or do we just have to make seperate accounts or RP on our main or what?

You have to make a separate account for characters or if you just want to rp on ur main that's fine. But there aren't subaccounts,,,,, idk when or if there will be; one of the mods probably knows the answer aha

so essentially the situation with subaccounts is that until a new version of them is released, we will not be getting them. this is because the coding involved screws with everything else--they were one of the most buggy parts of feralfront and also cause problems on crittercosmos--and our version of simple machines software is even less compatible.

they cause a lot of errors and when the mod gets updated and hopefully fixed, we'd be glad to install it--so we're definitely keeping an eye on it. however that hasn't happened yet.

for now, you can either just play characters on your main, or make new accounts for each. if you do make new accounts, we require that you list your main somewhere--in the sig, or in your custom text or title or wherever!

oop double post but is it possible to use the same email for each character account or would I have to use a bunch of emails to make them? I weep everyone's on top of this except me. Sym is so out of the loop.

you'd have to make separate emails for them. i've tried to make an account with the email of this account but it just said it was registered already. unless there's another way that i don't know of, i'm pretty sure you'll have to make separate emails for each account.

deer's correct--and actually a lot of the problems with subaccounts is precisely that it lets you use the same email for multiple accounts; that caused a lot of bugs on feralfront. so when and if subs get fixed, they might still somehow need separate emails--but i don't know that, that's just a possibility.
