She was trying to use it as a makeshift punching bag, to help her train even when she wasn't fighting. Chrissy seemed frightened by her mother's actions. Upon seeing her mom hang up the bag and punch it, just to get whacked in the face as the bag swung back, the kitten bolted into the main room of the shop and began mewling. This process continued, one could hear a continuous string of thuds, only occasionally broken by a large wack and a string of curses.
