Neptune's Ridge is a peaceful group of mages, residing in a small village in a watershed. They focus on community, spirituality, and taking care of the land. They are a group of mysterious mages who worship the deity, Neptune. They welcome visitors and newcomers with open arms. If you are interested in joining this ethereal group, please keep scrolling for more information about their way of life.
Territory
Neptune's Ridge is located in a watershed, otherwise known as a drainage basin. Due to the nature of their territory, Neptune's large lake has been polluted with radiation, turning the water a very beautiful blue color. The members of Neptune believe that the lake is their deity's ichor. The lake is called Spirit Lake, and is filled with radioactive, glowing jellyfish that are believed to be spirits of those members of Neptune's Ridge that have passed on. The lake is sacred, and is only to be drank out of by members of the Royal Family. This is where they get their divine mutations from.
The main camp consists of many sturdy stone buildings. Each resident gets their own home, and their are even guest houses. In the center of the camp is a stone mansion where the Royal Family resides. The camp is filled with many wildflowers and beautiful cherry blossom trees. There is a beautiful stream running through camp.
There are meadows at the edge of the territory where prey is plentiful and there are many flowers and trees. The clearings of these meadows are used for agriculture. Here, the members of Neptune's Ridge grow a variety of fruits and vegetables, along with herbs.
At the very edge of the territory, there are abandoned stone Ruins. These Ruins are considered to be haunted, and most members avoid it.

Stellar Crown HP 1/1- The monarch of Neptune's Ridge. They act as the king or queen, and have many responsibilities. They manage the group's politics, traditions, and Council. They are the head of the Royal Family.

Supernova HP 1/1 - A deputy of sorts. Next in line for the throne. They take over for the Stellar Crown when they are away.

Spectrum Council HP , 0/4 - Spectrum Councilmembers are very important to the group. They are consulted by the Stellar Crown and Nova when making decisions. They are in charge of patrols, training sessions, events, and keeping the group active.

Nebulas Unlimited- These are the members tasked with taking care of agriculture. They have a strong connection to the land and are very spiritual. They assist the Celestial Healers with taking care of the sick or injured, and help keep the group's morale up.
Solar Apprentice Unlimited- These are young members in training to become Nebulas or apart of the Tidal Force. They begin their training at six months old, and are promoted when the Royal Family sees fit.
Meteorite Unlimited - These are the retired members of the Clan, who help out when they can. They assist in teaching religious sermons, and assist with agriculture.

Neptune's Ridge is a peaceful group. All members of Neptune are expected to treat others with respect and compassion. Visitors are to be welcomed and treated equally.

Neptune's Ridge is a very religious group. They worship the deity Neptune, and believe that the radioactive water in Spirit Lake is their deity's ichor. They grow many crops, and every falls they have a festival where they sacrifice some of their crops to the water. They believe that the glowing jellyfish in the lake are the spirits of dead clanmates, and they pray to the lake every evening. They believe that Neptune will watch over them and protect them.
Traditions
Only members of the Royal Family are allowed to drink out of the water. It is a very sacred ceremony, and the radioactive water causes mutations in the members of the Royal Family. These mutations can be everything from resurrection to regeneration. Many members in the group are known to be mages, experimenting with medicinal herbs and most act subtly with "magical" abilities however the most powerful of these creatures can practice in resurrection and regeneration of things around them, their own recently deceased members included.
Solstice Fesitival - Every autumn, the group gathers around the lake. They set up decorations, food, and fun games. During this festival, they celebrate Neptune and sacrifice their best crops of the year, throwing them in the water to honor their deity.
Earthshine Ceremony - Every six months, the Royal Family gathers and drinks from Spirit Lake. Drinking from these waters is an act of worship and divine healing & protection, but in reality it induces mutations which create special abilities in the Royal Family. A mutated creature in Neptune’s Ridge is deemed a divine being and is respected and worshipped by the group.
Ceremonies Neptune's Ridge takes their ceremonies very seriously. After every promotion ceremony, they throw a very large celebration.
Funerals Funerals are not only a time of mourning for Neptune's Ridge, they're a celebration of life. After the death of a member, a candlelight vigil is held, and they lay the body to rest in the lake.
Births The birth of a new member is an extremely important occasion. All of the members take the day to celebrate the new life. They come to visit the child and bring gifts, food, and different treats for the new family. They hold a prayer vigil to Neptune, praying for new life.
Marriages Marriage is very important to Neptune's Ridge! The members all gather for the ceremony, bringing gifts and treats. The couple is wedded by the Celestial Healer, who blesses their ceremony. The couple will then get their own home, where they can start their new families.
Laws
- No stealing, cheating, or abusing the land around you.
- Fighting between clanmates, allies, or neutrals will not be tolerated.
- Members of Neptune's Ridge may only fight if it is completely necessary, or in self defense.
- Healing and taking care of the Clan and its visitors are top priority
- Harming the Spirits of the Lake is strictly forbidden and will result in punishment
- Members who are not of the Royal Family or Council may not drink from Spirit Lake. It is considered very disrespectful and will result in punishment.
