Mike had sent word, through the grapevine, that there was an announcement that he needed to make, and so, that afternoon, he stood outside of the casino. It was bright outside, Mike liked the fresh air. There were some persons gathered outside the casino, and so he decided it was time to make the announcement. "Alright, listen up!"
His voice was strong as it carried around. There was a reason he had called this mini-meeting. It was usually a duty which others took on, he'd only really gotten up and spoken around here, when he gave that training session. The man frowned slightly, then continued to speak. "Some of you may have noticed that Salem hasn't been around in a while."
Some of them may have noticed, while others might not have noticed. "So, I've made the decision to step up and take charge in his absence." Mike wasn't sure if Salem would ever come back, but in case, he didn't want Salem to think he'd grabbed leadership at the first chance possible.
"If you've got any questions feel free to ask them. I'll have a real meeting in a bit, but for now, just carry on." Mike had some pretty bad experiences in the past with leading, mostly in getting the majority of his squad killed. The man looked tired, possibly because he hadn't slept in quite some time.
The man sighed softly, sitting down and placing his hands in his lap. He didn't know if anyone would have any questions.

So, Darky has decided to step down as leader with Salem, and Mike, being the next ranking HP has stepped up to lead.
During the next week, I'll be looking for activity for promotions during Mike's first meeting, next week.

MICHAEL FORD
Michael Ford is a 45 year old, man, he's stubbornly loyal to whatever cause he chooses, protective of his family and friends, he's a member of the Badlands. Michael has issues controlling his anger in most situations. He is a difficult opponent and well trained, feel free to power play nonviolent interactions though.
