[I]If I'm waitin'
it's on my throne
it's on my throne
[B][I]Come on, what's up, danger?
It was late and Molly had been watching Mo when she came over unknowingly. Paige had no idea that Molly was watching the baby, nor had Paige properly met the baby yet. She had come to introduce Atlas, her Northern Inuit dog who looked a lot like a wolf. To her relief, Atlas seemed to immediately take to Mo, running to her if she sounded even the slightest bit upset and it took Paige telling him to back off for him to let Molly take Mo. She was there for a while before offering to take Mo for a bit, promising to not go far.
And she didn't. Paige only went onto the porch of Molly's house, taking a seat in a chair with Mo in her lap and Atlas with his head on her thigh. The toddler seemed tired but was awake enough to point out the moon and pet Atlas. She was unaware of the whole "she was trained so only people can hold her" thing since...Mo didn't cry when Paige held her.
Mo pointed towards the stars, making Paige lean to her to see which she was pointing at [b]"Yeah, that's the North Star" she said gently once the little one babbled something. "If you get lost at night, just follow that star." She explained, resting her cheek against Mo's head and rocking in the chair slightly. "If you keep following it, it'll bring you home like it did for auntie." Her voice remained soft, kissing the younger's head afterwards.
Atlas perked up and Paige looked over as someone approached Molly's house. One arm protectively wrapped around Mo as the other held the signal for Atlas to wait, ready to let him attack if she'd have to. People attacked when she came home, she wasn't about to let them hurt Mo or Molly. Or her.
