JUST STANDING WAITING FOR THE PUNCHES
Tomorrow hadn't seen Holly enter; in fact, he didn't even know there was a commotion going on in the foyer of the lodge. His two currently uninjured dogs, Claire and Jeremiah, were both harnessed up to a small sled. The sled had a few logs and tree branches strapped down, more than he would've been able to carry otherwise.
He wanted to get more, but the blizzard was growing worse and he didn't want to get caught in it. Heading back to the lodge, he tried to take the back entrance but a large snow floe was starting to accumulate there and he felt a bit too cold to fight through it. He unhooked the sled and left it outside, not wanting to drag it through the interior of the lodge.
Heading to the front door, he opened it and dusted the snow off his coat before stepping in. Seeing a large crowd accumulating, he blinked in surprise and nervously reached down to scratch behind Claire's ear. There were so many new people, it was overwhelming to an extent. He didn't really mind them individually, but bigger social situations... Well, he wasn't great at them.
"Uh- back door's blocked, Hayley." Tomorrow called out softly, stripping off his snow-dusted coat and boots. "A-afternoon, everybody? Is everything alright?" Tomorrow asked, noticing a red-haired stranger in the mix; he wasn't sure how new she was, but it was possible she'd just been pulled out of the snow or something akin to that.
