Hi, can I reserve a Slytherin DADA teacher and a student(I'm not certain what house but leaning towards a Ravenclaw)

Also, on a side note, do you happen to have a good form template I can use, I've just joined bb(I still am a part of Feralfront but due to a limited number of public group role plays, I'm expanding and have had bb recommended to me) so I'm just figuring the new site out. Anyways, I'll make a basic form to start off but a recommendation would be much a appreciated.
