- 17-23 year old trans guy from brooklyn
- aries/pisces cusp, aries rising, virgo moon
- bad decisions
- only child of a single father, his mother walked out on them when he was 4. his entire childhood, he was very 'tomboy' and most just assumed it was because he was raised by a single father. from ages 4 to about 8, he was regularly mistaken for a cis boy in public and it always gave him a strange sense of pride. as puberty arrived, he began realizing that he was different from his peers. that masculine safety he'd felt all his life in gender non-conformity was developing into something further, he was absolutely dreading developing into something he didn't want to be seen as. so middle school was full of baggy clothes and cutting his hair himself alone in his bathroom and sports bras and feeling uncomfortable. in 7th and 8th he was introduced to the idea of being lgbt, and he came out as a lesbian when he was 13. but he still didn't really feel quite right. sure, he liked girls and he liked dressing masculine but he... also liked boys. and his infatuation with masculinity went farther than just wanting to dress masculine, he wanted to be [i]perceived as masculine. it wasn't until he started frequenting lgbt sects in social media that he was exposed to the idea of being trans. he wasn't sure how his father would react to the idea, but he'd never given hunter any reason to think he wouldn't be accepting. hunter's father, james, is a very caring, open minded and charming man. so hunter sat down with him and had the conversation. james didn't immediately get it, but he was immediately supportive. he just wanted to know what he could do to be supportive. so hunter changed his name and started going by he/him at home and eventually at school too, with the help of some understanding teachers. and by 16 he was on testosterone and working part time jobs after school to save for top surgery. at his youngest, he's 3 months post-op and a year and 6 months on t. at his oldest, he's 6 years post op, almost 8 years on t.
- smart as fuck, has to be, he already went into debt to get top surgery so he has to get into college on full scholarship or he pretty much can't go.
- when he does go to college, he decides to go stealth and doesn't tell anyone he's trans. not really because he's ashamed but just because he wants the feeling of being a normal guy. the only people who find out are the people he fucks and he asks them to keep it on the down low
- great with numbers, great with memorization
- very impulsive, head-strong and show-offish. a lot of it comes from wanting to be perceived as masculine
- bi as fuck
- The Top
- like seriously the biggest top he won't bottom
- thinks girls are great......... also thinks boys are great......
- psychonaut: in hunter's third year of college he meets and starts fucking a psychedelics dealer, before her the only substances he tried were weed, nicotine and alcohol, but she gave him access to lsd, mushrooms, mdma, a few others, and he became fascinated with the investigation of altered states. he would trip and write down detailed reports of his experiences in the most objective and scientific way he could. it expanded his self discovery greatly, helped him correct his path from one of toxic masculinity that he was going down and changed his mind about a lot of drug use
- punk
- smarter than u probably
- weaknesses: candy, soft boys, girls that could probably beat him up, avatar the last airbender
- wip
