I don’t have any updated tags for him, but with the exception of his alliance info, these here are still accurate in terms of everything else minus his current injury. In terms of what he’s open for, he’s not open for death or being kidnapped, nor for being brutally mutilated to the point of being unrecognisable, but aside from those three things, most plots are fair game! He can make friends, people can abruptly decide he’s shady and dislike him for some reason (it happens), or he can help them with any injuries or illnesses? Or they can ask about why he was shot, why he has an eyepatch — or he can help with a plot you have in mind for your character! I’m more or less open to anything.

Fairly Mature, that’s one way of putting it. And yes! Multilingualism is always good. Julian himself was born and raised in. I think I went for Russia? But I really need to edit the languages themselves + do more research on Jewish-spoken languages, since he should be able to speak at least one of them.
