Must be medically trained in order to function in their role; may train people in first aid and help people recognise the signs of mental illness. Also acts as Flintlock's senior doctor. Community Leader: Presides over the group's supplies (both in maintaining them and actually getting them), in-group relations and overall group morale. Must be able to assess Flintlock's resources and find ways to ensure that they aren't depleted; improve relationships within the group to make sure that fights don't break out; and ensure that people feel satisfied with life in Flintlock. (NOTE: Stock-keepers and morale-boosters may work under them, but with no title or position.)
Ambassador: Presides over the group's foreign relations, attempts to divert potential disputes between Flintlock and others and monitors trading. Must be a trained diplomat; charisma is key in this job, as securing trade deals and ensuring that allies remain as allies + enemies don't attack are daily tasks. (NOTE: Messengers and traders may work under them, but with no title or position.)
Commander: Presides over the group's protection. Must be trained in combat; ensures that people understand self-defence, as well as making sure that the territory is well-fortified. Builds defences, monitors weaponry and commands any attempts at military force. Is on the frontline when defending from attacks. (NOTE: Soldiers/fighters, builders and others may work under them, but with no title or position.)
