is it possible to survive this?

ok, so i have a character i wanna play. the way he'd come into tnw is that he's hit over the head with something large and heavy. he's bleeding, probably has a bad concussion, and he starts rolling down a hill that leads right into a river. he's probably got a few broken ribs at his point, and it's flintlock so there's snow everywhere, it's cold, and he's just rolled straight down a hill and into a river. he doesn't drawn but he can't get out, and he's freezing, probably has hyperthermia, and he washes up a few miles from the lodge, soaked and freezing, probably has frost bite, etc. would it be possible to survive this if he was only in the river for say.. an hour or two?

in flintlock's temperatures, water is pretty much a death sentence, especially if it's a few hours
Along with the injuries and for how long he'd be bleeding, I doubt he would survive rip
