what are these unknown actions?

so this drives me wild, and i'm not sure why but it just does. i stalk the who's online a lot sometimes and i've noticed that, a lot of the time, there will be someone who's action says unknown action - and it's maddening not knowing what this is. it tells me sending a message, posting a new topic, viewing unread replies, and pretty much everything i can think of, and i cannot, for the life of me, figure out what it is that's happening?
below are just some screenshots as examples. if you're in them and you don't want to be for whatever reason, just lmk and i'll delete it, ha ha
but does anyone know what these are?!

i notice ppl tend to do the unknown action and then end up on a different account? im GUESSING it might be switching from subs, but, that's just from observing hehe I stalk too but nobody can see it

unknown actions are p much literally what they mean, it's an action that the system doesn't have a name for! so yeah, switching subs and looking at bookmarks (i think viewing the shop too), the system for some reason just doesn't have the names! it's totally weird

Pfft I thought it was because you were blocked, or had certain things hidden from people they weren't buddies with, and that's why it says "unknown action"
