— Minseok is an incredibly gifted legilimens, and exhibits tremendous control over the skill. He's more than capable of reading minds without his targets knowing a thing, with the exception being if his target is a skilled occlumens.
❄ APPARITION
— Despite not being of age, Minseok does have his apparition license (which he obtained through some of his relatives pulling a few strings within the Ministry), and he had already mastered the skill just a short while after he had turned fifteen. He is capable of comfortably apparating himself, and also transporting other people.
❄ FREEZING CHARMS & ICE MAGIC
— For reasons unknown, Minseok seems to have a knack for casting freezing charms (e.g. Glacius, Immobulus, Petrificus Totalus); he has never once failed to produce the desired outcome when casting one. In addition, he's quite gifted with ice magic (which he produces using an advanced combination [created by none other than himself] of the Aguamenti Spell, the Glacius Charm, and the different variations of the Levitation and Locomotion Charms), and can use it offensively, and for practical and recreational purposes.
❄ EXCELLENT MOTOR SKILLS
— He has quick reflexes and good control over his movements, which he attributes to the fact that his parents, despite both being wizards, insisted he also learn martial arts (the same kind learned by the muggles of his home country). And so, even in physical fights with no magic involved, Minseok proves himself to be a difficult opponent to best.
