[align=center][div style="width: 400px; font-family: arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify; line-height: 100%;"]William D'Angelus is the son of a man by the name of Troy D'Angelus and Samara. He's never met his father in his entire life and throughout The Beginning series simply from the fact that Troy avoids Samara at all costs, and was threatened to become nonexistent if he got anywhere near Will. The possibility of them crossing paths are slim and the chance of Troy recognizing Will is even more slim due to the fact of not knowing what his own kid looks like. Despite not having a father in his life, he's seen a father figure towards his uncle Danny. Perhaps not the best role model, what with Danny still having a headspace of a child  since he, himself, in all technicality is still one, even if he appears own up; had he not been what he is, things would be different  and acting childish at times, they've spent plenty of time together. Since the day William was born, to be precise.
He's not new to the world of monsters and supernatural creatures. As much as Sam tries to give him a normal childhood and keep him out of it, things still happen and it can't always be controlled. Yes, he knows that his Mom was a prostitute who did he damnedest to allow him at chance at a semi-normal life without having to worry too much about family drama. Will is damn proud of her and ever grateful that she did this for him. Yes, there were times where he felt alone because his friends couldn't know what he or his family happened to be. Yes, he's had to fight beasts of old and newly risen foes who targeted him for what he is. Yes, he's had plenty of stormy days where droplets of rain collected on lashes despite it being painfully sunny outside. But it doesn't shrink or waver the view of his mother. If anything, it inspires him. Will has known Kalilah for around the time he's turned twelve years old and, damn, does he love her. It makes him happy that she was the warm sunshine to break out on his mother's rainy parade. That he being a High Priestess of a coven is hella rad and has learned a few magic tricks here and there. She taught him that his kindness isn't a weakness– it's a strength. That, even if others see him as a soft boy, they only doom themselves and can show them what for. He loves the time they spend together and the mischief they get into. Blythe and Solvi both came together in his life at the cusp of him being eighteen. A few days shy before his birthday. Of course, it was awkward and strange for him at first. For Will, he was a little off put that Samara decided to go and get some girlfriends randomly, worrying that Kalilah wasn't enough or that Sam was growing tired of her. Instead, he came to find out that they were all interested in each other. Granted, it wasn't spontaneous, but a little jarring for it to suddenly pop up on him. Still, it took some time to get used to ( basically ) having four moms that would literally obliterate all living creatures in the universe, themselves included, if someone decided to get nasty with Will. [ Insert bonding time between Blythe and Solvi and what he learned from them. ] Samara's death really. . . It really got to him. Freshly 21 and not too long after, she gets killed by his grandfather, who's literally cosmic light, Being itself, and referred to as God. It wasn't pleasant to watch in the least and he'll never forget his family's anguish at the wrongdoing towards his mother. How it tore him up instead and broke him, no longer wanting to chase after Malakh ( he didn't want to in the first place ) and goes through hard times. It's not easy and the road is long and treacherous, but he manages. He manages, but it won't change the fact of having so many he's cared about die and how they'll never come back.

[align=center][div style="width: 400px; font-family: arial; font-size: 8pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 100%;"]I,, still need to figure out what species I'm gonna call Will, but he's probably gonna be one (?) of a kind ( unless Ryan has the other God x Death children have their own offspring ) and be the sole one. Unfortunately, due to the human part of him, he does end up dying. It was unpreventable since he's basically born from a paradox itself, and having a fragile, human soul doesn't mix well. It leads to the high power of his being "eating" his human soul until there's nothing left. His death isn't swift and painless. It'll be like his mother's: slow and painful.
I'll add up the symptoms which lead up to his death later.

[align=center][div style="width: 400px; font-family: arial; font-size: 11px; text-align: justify; line-height: 100%;"]I'v decided to name him West instead. I like the name William, but it felt like there was a piece missing. I'll still keep William as his actual name and occasionally be referred to as Will, but he goes by West at this point. Decided to change his name to West since his Sam would talk about the Wild West from time to time and talk about cowboys. In a way, it's to honor his Mom, even if he won't live for eons to have it as a reminder. While it's sad that he, too, will die, but at least he'll be with Sam in the end. Right in the Void, either to be for eternity or birth once again, into a new body.
I'm still thinking stuff over, but I might have him be a reincarnation of one of my favorite characters from The End series. Maybe. Thinking out his personality makes me see some comparison between the two. |
