So this has to do with plots mostly but would light and dark manipulation be allowed? I think it would be neat. If not, could one like use fire to mimic the effects of light?

Manipulation of light and dark don't exist, but you could use fire manipulation to an extent; it wouldn't influence outside sources such as the sun, unless those sources were fires within a reasonable distance.

Thank you. I’m assuming that there would be no way for manipulation of light and dark to exist within WNR?

Depending on the source, some powers could possibly mess with light sources or potentially create them, but straight up manipulation of dark and light doesn't exist.
