It seems to me that there's a bit of a private threads epidemic with like
no open threads to post in

idk tho that might be me having motivation issues but i thought id bring it up because there should be more open than private threads imo

yeah, i've noticed that as well - i've been trying to encourage everyone to make open threads and i plan to make an open thread myself when i have time. sometimes the reason nobody is active is because there's nothing to reply to, so i'll try to change that if i can

I posted an open thread and will try making more if I can think of anymore topics, I've also realized this.

edit; maybe there could be this small system where if you make a private thread you have to counter it with an open one??
