that's tough
since your art is not just improving, but the economy on here/what you can do with silver is a lot /less/
but there's also a lot less to go around?

ngl if i'm being honest I'd suggest you try to sell your art for actual currency with paypal or something because that's /really/ good.

when it comes to silver here it's tricky bc? im the richest member on here and i only have 150k. so i feel like you'd be shortchanged no matter what tbh

[align=center][div style="width: 500px; text-align: justify; font-family: helvetica; font-size: 9.3pt; line-height: 1.3;"]oh my gosh i love your art alksdjhf

BUT as it's already been said, it's pretty hard to price things right now because everyone is just starting out and currency is running pretty low. I would still say go with at least 50k right now and once things stabilize and we figure it all out you can adjust it? And I definitely agree that you could sell it for real money too, though I'm pretty sure most people here are still broke students so I'm not sure if you would get many commissions.

though of course there are other avenues for selling, like  deviantart ofc
and you could maybe do stuff on redbubble or something too?? or tumblr if you use that tbh

but yeah your skill level is definitely something people would pay real money for imo

mmm
i mean id say go by minimum wage wherever you are, and multiply that by how much time it generally takes you to complete a piece, just to get an idea?

because charging much less than that, and you're selling yourself short. granted minimum wage is often not enough to live on anyway, but assuming that you still have your parent's support thats okay. I wouldn't reccomend going much lower than minimum wage times how long it takes you though, bc its important to try and keep those standards. a lot of artists will end up charging way less than they should just so they get commissions bc of how badly they need them, but that makes it harder for everyone who's an artist to make money--so if you can, thats how id uggest doing it.

like for example it takes me about two hours to finish a traditional headshot/portrait and minimum wage where i am i around 7 bucks i think, so i'd charge fourteen USD for it. maybe round up to 15 since with traditional, im using up materials too.

you wouldnt have to add anything on if it were just digital art, and not prints or anything, so itd just be the time of your labor that factors into it.
