her voice was quiet today, her form wilted. "i'd like to give a personal welcome to any joiners we have that i might have missed, and i'd like to thank circ for stepping up in my absence. it's really appreciated. thank you everyone else, also, for being such a good clan. i'm proud to lead you all." she said, grinning just a bit.

there was a brief pause, and then: "demotions first. ruben, i know that you've been trying, but i'm going to have to demote you. that's never something i enjoy, but it has to be done. belladonna, i will take over your training until ruben steps back up. because you can always regain your position. remember that, everyone."

next up. "ah, i'm giving a warning to leo. i'd like to see you around more. circ i'd like for you to step up as vice-leader. you've proven that you're more than capable of handling it."

fare took a deep breath, eyes closing briefly, concentrating. "i'll be setting up a festival soon, i'll be inviting all the clans, so everyone just... be civil, at least. don't start any trouble. any questions? i'll be around after the meeting to answer them." she finished, her claws hooking into the wood of the fallen tree as she slid down to rest among her clanmates.

He however found himself frowning as he was asked to be vice-leader. Huh, that was... Unexpected. He was far from a good leader - he's always been a follower in his opinion. On the outside he could be assertive, but he didn't like to be and it made him uncomfortable. Though, he had mostly become uncomfortable by the idea of being in the lead after the very poor treatment The Exiles gave him because of his decision to leave. It had messed him up, really.

However, he was trying to leave that behind - to behave how anyone else would at a promotion. He was unstable was all - he was happy that he received the promotion, just nervous of what could come out of it if he didn't tread carefully. "Thank you very much for the promotion Fare." He'd grunt, approaching her after the meeting was dismissed. It would be interesting, being a vice-leader again. The last time he was a vice-leader it was always a bit of a violent and depressing atmosphere with Rick. Maybe that was because of his own emotions, or maybe it was because there was always something wrong or that he could just see how exhausted Rick was. Really, there was so many times he fucked up with Rick. Cutting off Rick's tail, having a kit with him... Littlepaw had come out of that. Of all of it, at least something good happened. Though maybe not, considering how much pain the girl had gone through. He wondered how his daughter was doing now.

He wouldn't screw up with Fare. He wouldn't try to murder her, or try to cut off her tail as he ran away laughing like a maniac. And he certainly had no plans of having a drunk litter with anyone. Sure he got drunk, but he wasn't a very lustful idea. The idea of having a litter with anybody kind of made him want to laugh - his smile tugged up a bit but he made sure not to show his teeth. He wasn't that amused, was he? How'd he crack himself up so easily? Heh, he guessed it was nice he could do that to himself.

he is a light brown feline who has a lot of fluffy fur that's often tangled up covered in dirt and dust, and it also feels very greasy and gross. his head is lacking of the light brown color, and is completely white. he has a scar on the left side of his face, which has a stitched up glasgow smile meeting up with the scar. the other side of his face shares a glasgow smile, which is also stitched together. he has only one eye left which is the right one, and it is a dull blue almost lifeless color that seems to be bagging all the time due to exhaustion. the side of his face which has no eye has stitches on the top of his eye, and his eyelid is often closed over the eye socket that's still there, though it can be open if he is surprised or scared by something. with a quick look at circusclown, somebody would probably be able to quickly dismiss him due to him having common disinterest, distantness or unnecessary complaints about everything. he rarely has anything positive to say or do, and will come off as a very dull person who wants nothing more then for others to go away. he is very unpredictable and capricious in behavior, and can with ease be watching with a bored expression and the next be a violent creature someone should steer clear of. despite the unpredictable nature, he is quick to make a decision he won't regret - he is never unsure about his decisions, which only worsens his unpredictable behavior. he is extremely cynical and pessimistic, and has a continual feeling of mistrust and pessimistic thoughts of the outcome of every situation. he has a tendency to be very vulgar, constantly with gross behaviors like burping and swearing. he has a tendency to be very unfriendly or harsh to others, and he is rarely sensitive unless in a good mood or if he enjoys somebodies company. he is at heart however, a genuine and sweet person who just wants to have a large family, but feels it is impossible due to his self-destructive alcoholic behaviors and is simply frightened that he'd be taken advantage of if he was to.
