i'm about has smart as a newborn child, this is a stupid question
i'm the leader of los santos, and i would like to have another of my characters be an hp/possible co-leader or second in command -- would i have to fill out my own form and stuff, or can i just assign it to them?
idk how to word it properly and i probably sound incredibly stupid but i'm new to this hgjskenms,,
