Alton stood outside the lodge, leaning on the railing with a simple drink in his hand. The lodge had been rather quiet as of late, which was a bit odd, but it wasn't like there was anything he could do about it. Outside was somehow still quieter than inside, probably cause there weren't any kids out here.
He took a sip from the glass bottle and glanced towards the lodge upon hearing the door open. He offered a smile to whoever walked through "Hey, care to join me?" he offered, though all he was really doing was chilling outside with a drink. "It's been pretty quiet around here lately, huh? I mean minus the kids or when someone's drunk" he commented with a chuckle.

A nothingness so noticeable because it was the only thing he could focus on other than the tightness in his chest. These nights could last for what felt like lifetimes, Eddie trapped in his own thoughts. A lot of the time, it felt as if he was drowning.
And so, after restlessly tossing and turning, Ed realized he ought to get a breath of fresh air. A cigarette would do the trick. He wandered out to the front of the lodge, taking notice of Alton and Joey who seemed to be talking. Eddie decided to quietly stop nearby before he began to light up a cigarette, taking a long drag and then breathing it out into the cool air.

She wore an outfit similar to the one when she joined, to be fair, she didn't have that many clothing options, and didn't want to ask anyone for help. She didn't need help, right? Well sometimes she did, when lifting heavy objects, but surly she could scrounge up clothing on her own!
The young woman sighed softly, her hands shoved deep into her pockets as she approached the three. Alton, Joey, and Edmund. She hesitated for a moment as she heard the last part of her friend's words. An offer of a walk... would she mind if Maisie tagged along as well? She hoped not, she enjoyed spending time with the young woman, though she wasn't sure if Joey felt the same way.
She offered a tentative smile, shy all of a sudden around more people than she was used to being with. "Hi, mind if I join you three?" She asked softly, hugging her coat tighter. While it was warmer than it had been when she'd joined, she was still chilled and felt the need to wear a warm coat.
