nick and his family had been driving a way. they were out of oxycodine for nick, and he was starting to get sighbecause if it. he was voting, had a pretty bad fever, had two seizure is two days of him not having anything. his sister was taking care of him in the back of the truck, as it was cooler outside. after a bit, the truck sputtered and rolled to a halt. “damn it!†travis ( the moms boyfriend) hissed, and alicia (the sister) frowned. “we can’t stay out here..â€Â

Carl had gotten separated from the group. It had been around three weeks now of Carl being on his own. He really didn’t know where he was, so he was just following along a beaten down road. Carl soon glanced up when he heard the sputtering of a vehicle. Carl’s eye widened and he quickly moved off the road, glancing around before spotting the truck. Carl seemed to back away a bit

madison (the mother) got out of the truck to climb into the back. “you go with tragic to find some gas, try and find something we can give him just to hold him over until we can find civilisation.†she said. alicia nodded and got out, moving off with travis. madison slowly brushed back nick’s hair as he tried his hardest to get some sleep, madison moved to wipe the sweat off his face with a rag.
