BADLANDS HIGH POSITION TRYOUTS - Beatles. - 07-27-2018
[align=center][div style="borderwidth=0px; width: 415px; color: black; line-height:115%; text-align: justify;"]The Badlands is an official TNW group that is considered anti/lacking in morals. The premise of it is a mafia-based group that has mafia-based ranks and themes. Their one goal is to survive and take from the weak, whether it means raiding or killing others to get what they want. The guide is here if you're curious!
We are lacking in HPs, hence the reason for an HP tryout!
 The promotions will be announced ICly in a meeting, depending on how active and contributing you are with your character (therefore, it's not completely first-come first-serve)
 The leader looks for loyalty and dedication. This is purely IC reasoning. He likely won't promote someone who openly disobeys or disrespects him.
THE CONSIGLIERE (HP) is one of the boss's most trusted high positions. They are third in line under the underboss and the boss, and they are consulted when making decisions. They often come with the leader on important missions and may even act as an ambassador on the group's behalf.
 One slot, somewhat picky with this position
THE CAPOREGIMES (HP), also known as the Capos, are captains within the Badlands. They head the Guards and the Soldiers and can order them to do anything. They make sure that their subordinates are trained and prepared for upcoming missions. The Capos report directly to the Boss or Underboss, who hand down the instructions. They can issue punishments or warnings if needed and they may also give out tasks for the lower ranks to do.
 Three slots
THE GUARDS (HP) are trusted Soldiers who have proved their worth in the Badlands. They are recognized for their brains, loyalty, and strength. They are generally seen as higher authoritative figures in the ranking system that should be respected and listened to, though they still do not have the same permissions as their superiors do. They train under the Caporegimes and are expected to help them enforce authority within the Badlands.
 Unlimited slots
* There is no official doctor rank (at the moment), but if y/c shows interest in healing, then they may be awarded the medic title!
* If there is enough interest, the s/HP Vanguard rank may be brought back as well
If you are interested in these positions, please state your character's name below along with the rank you're interested in! Also please include a backup position just in case. If you remain active and contributing to the group, then you will have a higher chance of promotion!
