THEO'S OPINIONS? - THESEUS - 04-12-2018

I don't want to do an actual heart chart because I'm too lazy to code one, so instead it'll just be something like this. Feel free to throw your character here and I'll get them up as soon as I can!
JOE / & / I'M INDIFFERENT TOWARDS YOU, YOU DISGUST ME  [abbr=I dislike you, you annoy me]quiet[/abbr]
Theo's nose wrinkles at the name, clearly uncomfortable with them being mentioned. Although he shrugs, his eyes stay on the floor. Asking about Joe felt like a bit of a loaded question, but it's not like he could offend anyone by being a jerk to Joe  everyone seemed to agree. "He's lazy and a jerk," is all he offers, even after some thought.
DOKTÈ / & / YOU ARE MY FRIEND, I'D LIKE TO SPEND MORE TIME WITH YOU  [abbr=I like you, I would trust you with my most precious belonging (don't get sentimental, he means Tybalt), I would sleep with you, I would kiss you, I respect you, you make me happy]quiet[/abbr]
For a moment, Theo's quiet. He looks almost surprised that someone had dared to ask, a blush creeping down his cheeks. To his credit, he regains his composure quickly, shrugging almost absently even though brown eyes are watchful. "Why are you asking?" One hand reaches up to rub at the back of his own neck. "He's nice, though I guess he doesn't act like it all the time. Prickly Pete and all that." He pauses to grin, bright and easy. "He's a softie, though. You should see him with my cat. I think he likes Tybalt more than me."
SHEOGORATH / & / YOU DISGUST ME, I DISLIKE YOU  [abbr=You scare me, you intimidate me, I'm unsure what to think of you]quiet[/abbr]
Not even his dislike of Joe could make Theo's expression twist into what it does so quickly. There's a bit of panic and disdain coiling into something sharp in his chest. He folds his arms almost defensively, shoulders tight and high. "I don't trust him." Perhaps it was just that he'd seemed so alright at first. That was part of what made his skin crawl so harshly. He had never seemed normal, but he had almost seemed pleasant. "You shouldn't either. The coyote thing â€â€" He doesn't shiver, just shakes his head.
COURTNEY / & / I'D LIKE TO GET TO KNOW YOU BETTER  [abbr=I'm unsure what to think of you, I want to protect you]quiet[/abbr]
With an overall pleasant reaction to Doktè and an unpleasant one to Sheogorath, perhaps it makes sense that for Courtney, Theo is ambivalent. His head tilts at the name, clearly considering his words before he speaks. "I didn't like her at first. Seemed annoying. But she's pregnant and seems a little happier now." He pauses again, shoe scuffing the floor. "I wanted to give her my old stuffed elephant before she left. For her baby, you know. Never got around to it." Overall, he's not close to her, but he wishes the best for her so far.

The first thing he does is blush. It's small but startlingly prominent, and he shakes his head a little bit. "I think she knows I like him. Or  thinks something along that line of thought, I guess." Theo rubs the back of his neck for a second, lost in thought until the panicked blush subsides, and then he takes a deep breath. "I like her, though. She's kind of the only person here besides Doktè that I can sort of consider a friend." Another pause, where he leans back in his seat and kicks his feet. "Should probably ask her not to tell Doktè."
CHARLIE / & / I RESPECT YOU, I WOULD LIE TO/FOR YOU  [abbr=I'm unsure how I feel about you]quiet[/abbr]
He shrugs. The motion is quiet and simple, though his emotions are betrayed with a furrowed brow. He's never known quite what to think of him  being in the Badlands was meant to challenge his own morals, but he hadn't expected the guy in charge to actually be decent. He's not sure if he wants to get any closer to him than this. Maybe he's afraid of disappointment, of starting to care and then remembering that he leads a group like this. "I don't know," he finally says, and it's probably the most truthful thing he's said so far.
